GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. From 4-18 August 2026, Manpower Management

Enlisted Assignments (MMEA) convened the High Visibility Billets

Board (HVBB) 1-27 for eight Military Occupational Specialties (MOS)

0111, 0291, 0399, 0491, 0699, 2891, 3047, and 3529, which selected

talented individuals for high visibility billets (HVBs) in their 

MOS.

2.  The following Master Gunnery Sergeants (MGySgts) were selected

as primaries to fill the HVBs below.  All report dates are 

tentative:

3.  MMEA will publish the list of selected alternates 

alphabetically by full name and MOS on the MMEA "Master Gunnery 

Sergeant Alternates by MOS" webpage located at https://www.manpower.

marines.mil/Divisions/Manpower-Management/Enlisted-Assignments/MMEA-

Boards/.

4.  Coordinating Instructions

4.a.  Upon receipt of orders, primary selectees have 20 days to gain

28 months for CONUS or 40 months for OCONUS of obligated service

from estimated date of arrival or, submit for retirement in lieu of

orders effective on the last day of the reporting month.

4.b.  If a billet becomes vacant due to unforeseen circumstances, an

alternate will be selected based on the needs of the Marine Corps.

4.c.  Individuals slated in place will serve an additional 12 months

in the billet.  These billets are projected to be slated on next

year's HVBB.

4.d.  Enlisted Career Force Control waivers should be submitted via

the appropriate Manpower Management Separation and Retirement

request process in accordance with references (b) and (e).

5.  Any questions concerning this MARADMIN should be addressed to

the points of contact listed above.
