CIRRAS Profile Worksheet
CIRRAS asks for more about a Marine than anyone can assemble between formations. On the reserve side that bites hardest: you get two days a month, the Marine is a civilian the other twenty-eight, and the profile sits half-finished until someone chases it.
This worksheet puts all nine sections on one document, in the order CIRRAS asks for them. You capture the whole profile in a single conversation, then enter it when you are back at a machine. It doubles as a record of the counseling, though that is not what it is for.
Two ways to use it
On screen
Every field is fillable: the write-in lines, every option button, the transportation checkboxes, and the pickers. Boxes shrink the text to fit as you type, so a long answer is never cut off. Tested in Adobe Acrobat and in Preview.
On paper
Print it blank and write. It is built to print in greyscale on a unit printer: no solid fills, no heavy ink, and the rules are dark enough to survive a laser print.

The nine CIRRAS sections, in order. Fields CIRRAS populates on its own are marked with a diamond, so you know which ones you do not have to ask about.

Handling
The blank worksheet holds nothing. A completed one holds a great deal about a Marine, so handle it per your unit SOP and destroy it once the profile is in CIRRAS. Nothing you type is uploaded here: the PDF is filled entirely on your own machine, and we never see it.
