FY26 Judge Advocate Continuation Pay application window extended to Sept. 30

The Marine Corps extended the application window for the FY26 Judge Advocate Continuation Pay (JACP) program. The original program was established by MARADMIN 528/25. This update does one thing: moves the submission deadline to September 30, 2026. All other eligibility requirements and program details stay exactly as written in that original message.

Heads up: If you're a Judge Advocate who hasn't applied for JACP yet, you now have until September 30, 2026.

Who it affects

Judge Advocates (JAs) who are eligible for JACP under the terms of MARADMIN 528/25. No other MOS, component, or program is affected.

What you need to do

If you're eligible and haven't applied, submit your JACP application before the new deadline. All eligibility criteria from MARADMIN 528/25 still apply. If you're unsure whether you qualify, contact one of the POCs below or your unit S-1.
