Coordinating Instructions 3.a. Following the release of this message, all primary selects will be contacted by MMOA-3, with their respective monitors copied on the email. Officers selected will receive a Page 11 acknowledging their selection and obligation incurred. Selected officers will accept by responding to MMOA-3's email and returning their signed Page 11 NLT 10 business days following the release of this MARADMIN. 3.b. Declinations. Selected officers who choose to decline LatMove must submit a written Administrative Action (AA) form with their CO's endorsement to MMOA-3 NLT 10 days from the publication date of this message. 4. Service Obligation 4.a. Officers approved for LatMove to the 1702, 1706, or 1707 PMOS will incur a service obligation upon completion of PMOS school and awarding of the PMOS designator. 4.b. Officers approved for lateral move into PMOS 1702 will incur a 72-month service obligation upon awarding of the 1702 PMOS. 4.c. Applicants who require fewer than four weeks of training for 1706 or 1707 PMOS will incur a 36-month Active-Duty service obligation upon awarding of the new PMOS. Applicants who require greater than four weeks of training for 1706 or 1707 PMOS will incur a 60-month Active-Duty service obligation upon awarding of the new PMOS. 5. Officers who do not complete the required PMOS school will be reassigned to the PMOS held at time of application or at the discretion of MMOA. 6.
