Reserve Affairs has released the FY27 schedule for Total Force Integration Staff Training (TFIST), the PME continuum for Active Reserve (AR) officers and SNCOs. All courses run at Marine Corps Base Quantico. Travel funding comes from RA; rental vehicles are on your unit. Classes are capped at 25 seats and filled first-come, first-served, so register early.

Bottom line: If you're in the AR program, find your course below, note the registration deadline, and email the POCs before the cutoff.

Who it affects

This MARADMIN applies to the AR program only. Specifically:

  • Basic TFIST: Newly accessed AR officers (required for career designation consideration)
  • A-TFIST: Field grade AR officers who have already completed Basic TFIST
  • E-TFIST: AR SNCOs
  • S-TFIST Symposium: AR Colonels, Colonel-selects, CWO5s, and Master Gunnery Sergeants

SMCR, IMA, and IRR Marines not in AR billets are not the audience here.
