FY27 Aviation Personnel Exchange and Interservice Exchange Program Open for Applications

The Marine Corps has opened the FY27 Aviation Personnel Exchange Program (PEP) and Interservice Exchange (ISE) solicitation. The selection board convenes on or about 4 May 2026. These are two- to three-year assignments flying or working alongside allied and joint-service partners. Ten billets are available across platforms and locations ranging from Canada and the UK to CONUS Air Force bases.

Heads up: This MARADMIN explicitly does not apply to the Marine Corps Reserve.

Who it affects

Active duty Marine aviation officers at the O-3/O-4 grade, holding one of the following MOS: 7315, 7318, 7506, 7523, 7557, 7563, 7565, or 7566. Reservists are not eligible. This article is posted for awareness only.

What you need to do

Nothing, if you are a reservist. This program is active duty only per paragraph 7 of the MARADMIN. If you are an active duty aviator reading this, contact MMOA-3 or MMOA-2 directly using the POC info below.

  • 20 April 2026, 2359 EST: Application deadline (also the deadline for any exception-to-policy requests)
  • On or about 4 May 2026: Selection board convenes
  • FY27: PCS orders issued for primary candidates; OCONUS report date for Canada billets is Fall 2026
