The Marine Corps has opened the FY27 Aviation Personnel Exchange Program (PEP) and Interservice Exchange (ISE) solicitation. The selection board convenes on or about 4 May 2026. These are two- to three-year assignments flying or working alongside allied and joint-service partners. Ten billets are available across platforms and locations ranging from Canada and the UK to CONUS Air Force bases.
Heads up: This MARADMIN explicitly does not apply to the Marine Corps Reserve.
Who it affects
Active duty Marine aviation officers at the O-3/O-4 grade, holding one of the following MOS: 7315, 7318, 7506, 7523, 7557, 7563, 7565, or 7566. Reservists are not eligible. This article is posted for awareness only.
What you need to do
