MARCORLOGCOM's Chief Data and AI Office (CDAO) is running a four-day hackathon alongside Modern Day Marine 2026 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in D.C., April 27-30, 2026. The event is open to Active Duty, Reserve, civilian, and contractor personnel. The focus is AI and data-driven solutions to logistics problems: predictive maintenance, supply chain, inventory, and contested operations. Application deadline is April 10.
Heads up: You must register for Modern Day Marine 2026 (free for military) before your hackathon application can be considered.
Who it affects
Any Active Duty or Reserve Marine, government civilian, or contractor who works in or adjacent to data science, software development, AI/ML, logistics, or operations. You can apply in one of three roles: technical builder (Hacker), operational advisor (Subject Matter Expert), or administrative support. You don't need to be a tech specialist to participate.
