The Marine Corps has 30 seats at the CY26 FedEx Joint Global Logistics Operations Summit (JGLOS), held 4-8 May 2026 at FedEx World Headquarters in Memphis, TN. Selected Marines will tour FedEx operational hubs, sit in on leadership presentations, and dig into commercial logistics concepts covering everything from supply chain and maintenance to robotics and autonomous systems. The goal is straightforward: expose experienced Marine logisticians to how large-scale commercial aviation logistics actually runs, and let that inform how the Marine Corps does it.
Heads up: Nominations close 25 March 2026, and there are only 30 seats total.
Who it affects
This is targeted at:
- Officers: O-4 (Major) through O-6 (Colonel), and CWO2 through CWO5
- Enlisted: E-7 (Gunnery Sergeant) through E-9 (Master Gunnery Sergeant or Sergeant Major)
- Civilians: GS-13 through GS-15
Priority goes to combat service support Marines and those working in logistics or innovation billets. Commands can nominate someone outside those grades if they send a justification email to the POCs. If you're within a year of retirement or end of active service, the MARADMIN specifically asks that you not apply.
