The Marine Corps approved seven doctrine and training publications during Q4FY25 and Q1FY26. All seven are unclassified, approved for public release, and available now. If your unit works in any of the affected areas, the old publications are superseded and these are the new baseline.
Heads up: Four older publications have been archived or cancelled. If your unit still references MCRP 3-40B.3, MCRP 3-30.6, MCRP 3-40A.5, or MCRP 3-20F.8, pull them and replace them with the new versions.
Who it affects
This applies to the Total Force. Practically speaking, it matters most to units and Marines whose work touches any of the seven publication areas: amphibious operations, contracting support, water support, security cooperation, health service support, mountain and cold-weather operations, and ground-based air defense.
What you need to do
If none of these topics are part of your MOS or unit mission, this is awareness only. No action needed.
If any of these are relevant, replace old versions with the new ones and note that four publications have been formally cancelled or archived.

Note: The MARADMIN lists MCTP 3-40A's signing date as "2 September 2005," which is almost certainly a typo for 2025. Confirm with your S-1 or USMC_Doctrine@usmc.mil if the exact date matters for your unit.
