Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support Richmond (DLA-WPS-RIC) is running a three-day resident wholesale supply course June 23-25, 2026, at Defense Supply Center Richmond, VA. The course is free to attend, targeted at Marine aviation logisticians from E-3 to O-3, and covers how wholesale supply operations work and how to do technical and causative research for material availability. Your command is responsible for travel funding, so get that approved before you register.
Heads up: RSVP is due by May 8, 2026, and you must confirm unit-approved funding before you register.
Who it affects
This course is designed for:
- Enlisted Marines E-3 to E-5
- SNCOs E-6 to E-7
- Chief Warrant Officers W-1 to W-2
- Officers O-1 to O-3
It's most relevant to Marines currently working in Marine Aviation Logistics Squadrons, specifically in Operations Management Division Customer Reconciliation Branch, Warehouse Management Division Control Branch, Wing Allowancing Section, Material Control Officers in organizational-level flying squadrons, and anyone in direct contact with DLA. Marines and civilians from other units can attend, but DLA may cap attendance based on venue capacity.
